Information about plots, flats, layouts and approvals shown on this website is indicative and is subject to change. Availability, dimensions, pricing and approval status must be confirmed with us in writing before any payment is made.

We are not the guarantor of any project unless expressly stated. Where we act as a channel partner or agent, the developer or landowner remains responsible for the project, its approvals and its delivery.

Documentation services — NMRDA, RL sanction and RERA — are carried out on the basis of documents and information provided by the client. Timelines depend on the relevant authority and are outside our control. Government fees, stamp duty, registration charges and taxes are payable by the client and are not included in our fees unless stated in writing.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any application to a statutory authority. We do guarantee that the file is prepared correctly and followed up properly.

All images of layouts, plots and buildings are for illustration. Please verify measurements, boundaries and approval status from the sanctioned plan and the relevant authority record before purchase.
